Once a payment is made for any of our services, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, branding, consulting, or advertising, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.

If there is any delay or shortfall in deliverables, for example, 7 reels delivered out of 12 for a given month, the remaining deliverables will be completed as per the agreed timeline and scope. No refunds or partial refunds will be entertained in such cases.

We invest significant time, expertise, and resources from the moment a project begins, and therefore cannot offer refunds. However, in the rare event of a billing error or duplicate charge, please contact our accounts team at clients@wolfmediamarketing within 7 days of payment for review.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy and understand that service delays or adjustments will be compensated through completion of pending work, not monetary refunds.
